A 50% deposit or full payment is required to reserve your slot. (Orders over $100 can pay a 30% deposit)

Deposits are non-refundable Any refund requests are handled at the artist's discretion.

Full payment is required before I begin working on your commission.

For Merchandise/Goods, an additional 20% commercial fee will be added to the total price.

Finished files will be delivered via Google Drive or E-mail.

Files will be kept for 1 month after delivery.

Commission slots cannot be transferred or resold to another person.

If you do not wish for your WIPs to be shared or your commission to be worked on during my Twitch livestreams, please let me know in advance and specify the date when I may publish the artwork.

I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and social media.

Do not claim my artwork as your own or remove proper credit.

Do not edit, modify, trace, recolor, or alter the artwork (including sketches, line art, or coloring) without my permission.

Do not used for any AI training, NFT creation, or blockchain-related purposes.

Rush commissions incur an additional 50–80% fee.

Commissions with a strict deadline will incur a 150% rush fee.

Private/NDA commissions will cost x2 the total commission price. Please notify me before placing your order.

If your turn arrives but you are not ready to complete the payment, please let me know so I can move your commission behind the next client.

If I cannot contact you for more than 7 days, your slot will be skipped.

If you have already paid in full, your commission will resume in the next available slot once you respond.

If the payment has not been completed, your commission will be moved to the end of the queue.

You may postpone your commission up to 2 times, with each postponement lasting no more than 2 months. If my commission prices change before your second postponement ends, the current pricing will apply.

You may cancel your commission if I fail to provide updates or become unreachable for more than 30 days.

Please provide clear references (pose, color palette, facial expressions, outfit, etc.).

If you don’t have a character sheet, please describe your OC in detail (hair, eyes, clothes, references if available).

Extra fees may apply for additional help or complex requests.

Up to 2 free revisions during the sketch stage. (After that, +$2 per edit.)

Extra revisions after approval (pose or color changes) start from +$5

Small edits not mentioned earlier may include extra cost depending on the case.

Once the final artwork has been delivered, no further revisions will be accepted, unless the mistake was made by the artist.
